Jewellery care -

• All orders are dispatched with a jewellery care card, in the case that your order doesn’t receive one we have printed our Jewellery care below to follow: 

• Keep away from water and moisture.

• Let perfume and lotions dry completely before putting your jewellery on.

• Remove before taking a bath or a shower.

• Remove when working out or sweating.

• To maintain the original shine, store your jewellery correctly such as our velvet pouches (or a closed jewellery box will work to!)

• Remove when sleeping.

These requirements do not apply to all the pieces we sell, mainly gold plated items but to prolong the life and condition of all the jewellery we would recommend to take the advice given.

If your item has broken/discoloured after the 14 day period we are not liable to provide a replacement or a refund as the jewellery has been in your care and this will come down to how you look after your jewellery. If an item was faulty it would not last over our 14 day period.

• We will always say to our customers to check product descriptions to have an understanding of our materials, and we have always advised our customers to NOT wear our jewellery in water, if you do so this is not our problem. 

Pre order items:

Pre order items take around 9/10 days to be with you but we say allow 14 days to receive in case of courier delays. Once a pre order item has been ordered we cannot cancel the order unless notified on the same day as the order has been placed, this is because the item would have already been ordered and dispatched to us.
