Shipping policy

Dispatch days:

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday-Friday, we do NOT dispatch orders on weekends. If you purchase 24 hour shipping on the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the Monday.

Shipping times:

Orders are processed within 1/2 working days, Once dispatched delivery times are:

• Standard for items we stock -

With 48 hour shipping - 2/3 days (Excluding Sundays)

With 24 hour shipping - 1/2 days (Excluding Sundays)

•Standard for Pre order items - Maximum 14 days (Excluding Sundays)

• We send all orders out with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked unless you have selected otherwise. This means once your item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number, it will update when your parcel is on the way. This is the exact same for pre order items however it will be slightly longer before you receive it.

Incorrect addresses:

If you place an order through us we always say to double check the delivery address you have entered is correct, If you notice it is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible to rectify this. If you don’t contact us and we dispatch your item to the incorrect address, we are not liable for any delays this may cause. If the order is returned back to us you must pay for postage to have it resent out. If you decide you want to cancel instead of paying for an resend, you will only be refunded 50% of your order excluding shipping. 

These terms are final and there is no exceptions.

Regarding this policy, as soon as parcels leave our care we are not liable for any lost items and you will not be refunded, you will have to take it up with Royal Mail themselves and claim the money back but we can do our best to help, Please make sure to select shipping protection at checkout as this will cover you for any lost or damaged items.
