If your country is unavailable at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship there.

Shipping Costs:

Our international shipping rates are:

  • Europe: ยฃ11.99 (Free on orders over ยฃ100)
  • United States & Canada: ยฃ14.95 (Free on orders over ยฃ125)
  • Australia: ยฃ16.95 (Free on orders over ยฃ150)

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times for ready to dispatch pieces are:

  • Europe: 5โ€“10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6โ€“10 business days
  • Australia: 7โ€“14 business days

Estimated delivery times for pre order pieces are:

  • Europe: 9-16 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-16 business days
  • Australia: 10-18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions or other postal delays outside our control.

Customs & Import Charges:

โ€ข Inspired Jewels doesย not collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout.

โ€ข Depending on your countryโ€™s regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

โ€ข These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid for the recipient upon delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount as it varies with different countryโ€™s

โ€ข If you are ordering from Germany you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and VAT upon delivery. This is usually only on orders ยฃ150+ so we recommend splitting orders up to avoid this.

โ€ข If you refuse to pay these charges, the package will be returned to us and you will be refunded for the item/s (excluding shipping costs,) once the package has been received back in its original condition.

Tracking:

โ€ข All international parcels are sent usingย Royal Mail International Tracked.

โ€ข You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses:

โ€ข Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

โ€ข Inspired Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your order.
