If you are wanting to cancel a pre-order item you MUST contact us within 24 hours to have a successful cancellation, this is due to our pre order pieces being shipped very quickly and if it is shipped before you contact us to cancel, we will not be able to cancel. In stock items:
We work 24/7 as a company to get all your orders out as quick as possible so when you purchase an in stock item, these are usually packed and dispatched the next day. Once your order has been packed and the shipping label has been printed we cannot cancel your order. We say to contact as soon as possible to avoid an unsuccessful cancellation.
