Cancellation policy

Pre-order items:

When you purchase a pre-order item, it is ordered as soon as we see your order come through. If you are wanting to cancel a 'Pre Order' item you MUST contact us within 24 hours to have a successful cancellation, this is due to the pieces being shipped to us very quickly. If you contact after this timeframe we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation. Please make sure you understand this policy before ordering with us.

In stock items:

I work 24/7 as a small business to get all your orders out as quick as possible so when you purchase a 'Ready to dispatch' item, these are usually packed and dispatched the next day. Once your order has been packed and the shipping label has been created we cannot cancel your order. We say to contact as soon as possible to avoid an unsuccessful cancellation.
